Using proven cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques, we help people overcome anxiety disorders and regain control of their lives.

What is Anxiety Therapy?

Anxiety therapy is a specialized form of mental health treatment that helps you understand and overcome anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Unlike general counseling, anxiety therapy uses specific, evidence-based techniques designed to target the root causes of anxiety disorders.

Types of Anxiety We Treat:

  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder - Persistent worry about everyday situations

  • Social Anxiety - Fear of social situations and being judged by others

  • Panic Disorder - Sudden, intense episodes of fear and physical symptoms

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder - Persistent intrusive thoughts that become obsessive, and repetitive patterns of behaviour

  • Health Anxiety - Excessive worry about illness or medical conditions

  • Work-Related Anxiety - Stress and anxiety affecting your professional life

  • Phobias - Intense fear of specific objects or situations

We also provide therapy for depression and broader CBT therapy for a wide range of problems.

Why Choose CBT for Anxiety Therapy?

Compassionate, Personalised Anxiety Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the gold-standard treatment for anxiety disorders, with extensive research proving its effectiveness. Our therapists are all highly qualified, with NHS experience of treating the wide range of anxiety-related problems.

In anxiety therapy using CBT, you'll learn to:

  • Understand how anxiety works and how to manage it effectively

  • Identify thought patterns that fuel your anxiety

  • Challenge unhelpful beliefs about danger and threat

  • Develop coping strategies for anxious situations

  • Practice behavioral experiments to test your fears

  • Build confidence through gradual exposure to triggers
