Dr Alastair Pipkin - Lead Clinical Psychologist
I founded Unlock Psychology to provide a local, high quality therapy and assessment service. I setup and ran clinical services in the NHS before, so I choose the best of the best practitioners to work with us.
Our therapists are all doctoral-trained clinical psychologists, meaning they are experts in CBT, mental health and providing effective care. All of them offer free 20-minute conversations to see whether they're a good fit for you.

How much does private therapy cost?
All sessions are delivered by doctoral-trained clinical psychologists, each with over 10 years’ experience in mental health.
A 60-minute private therapy session costs £120.
We are also registered providers with several private medical insurers, including Bupa, AXA, and Aviva, who may be able to fully or partially fund your therapy.
