I believe that too many barriers to effective care exist. Too many employees don't have access to adequate mental health support when they need it; too many neurodivergent people don't have access to assessments when they need them; and too many people go without the psychological skills required to improve their mental health.
Having managed and led clinical services in the NHS and written and directed academic programmes at Universities, I know what good care looks like, and I know what gets in the way.
That's why I'm pleased to be able to use my skills to ensure people have access to the right care at the right time. We have excellent, compassionate and personable care to provide.
We have particular expertise in diagnostic assessments for autism, ADHD and gender dysphoria. We have clinical psychologists who provide specialist CBT therapy, treating depression and all types of anxiety, as well as therapy for ADHD. Private Autism, ADHD & Gender Dysphoria Assessments Near You - Warwickshire & Online

At Unlock Psychology, our expert, registered clinical psychologists provide both autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments and specialist CBT therapy throughout Warwickshire, including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, Kenilworth, and surrounding areas. Whether you're based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Rugby, or elsewhere in the county, we offer both face-to-face sessions at our Warwick practice and secure online therapy for clients who prefer remote support.

Private Autism & ADHD Assessments
We offer NICE-compliant diagnostic assessments with qualified clinical psychologists for Autism in adults,
and Combined assessments.
Our reports are acceptable to NHS services and medical prescribers. We work with a clinic who provide ADHD medication on the basis of our prescriptions.
Private Gender Dysphoria Assessment Clinic
We offer WPATH-aligned, NHS-standard assessments for gender dysphoria. These can be used to recommend gender-affirming medical treatments, and/or for gender recognition certificate applications.
Our lead assessor is a Registered Specialist in the Field of Gender Dysphoria with the UK Government Equality Office.
Expert CBT Therapists Near You
We offer individual cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT) for all types of mental health problems.
We have a team of doctoral-trained clinical psychologists who provide CBT therapy for depression, anxiety and other common mental health problems. We also have expert ADHD therapists to help you adjust and manage post-diagnosis.
