This is a 4-module video course that covers the basics of what rejection dysphoria is, how and why it occurs, and a range of evidence-based ways of treating it. It is suitable for individuals experiencing RSD (commonly autistic people and people with ADHD), those who support or care for people experiencing RSD, or professionals looking for CPD in the field. Each module lasts for one hour and includes a video lasting 30+ minutes covering the core content, plus activities designed to last another 30 minutes. The full 30 page workbook is included.
