Cancellation Policy

Your appointment has been booked - please find the Zoom link in this email and a diary holder attached. Please see below all of the questionnaires that you need to complete before we meet, including all of the questionnaires for you and your informant(s) to do. Please make sure all of them are completed before we meet, we may need to reschedule appointments if the questionnaires are not completed. Please be aware we reserve the right to cancel appointments when the invoice has not been paid.
