Cancellation Policy

Your appointment has been booked - please find details of how to get to us below: We’ll be meeting in The Court House, which is on Jury Street in Warwick, CV34 4EW. The room is called the Mayor’s Parlour – you can use the white side of the building to enter (just to the left of this picture, with the entrance pictured being the right-hand entrance: https://www.warwicktowncouncil.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/thecourthouse2.jpg), it’s labelled above with a sign as the Fusilier’s Museum and it’s a large black door. When you enter, you’ll be in a large red-tiled corridor with a TV screen on the back wall. The room is just behind the door to the left; but if you wait in the corridor, I’ll come and greet you. There's a video showing the entrance on our website around 40 seconds in: https://www.unlockpsychology.co.uk/ Please be aware we will discuss what, if any, questionnaires may be helpful for you to complete before and/or after the session. We will make arrangements to send these to you separately so please do complete them at the agreed time (e.g. before the assessment if they are being sent before). We may not be able to complete your report without completed measures. You will receive the final invoice through our accounting software, Xero, which should be through separately. Payment is due 14 days before the appointment date, please be aware we reserve the right to cancel appointments where payment has not been made.
