Cancellation Policy

Your appointment has been booked - please find details of how to get to us below: We’ll be meeting in The Court House, which is on Jury Street in Warwick, CV34 4EW. The room is called the Mayor’s Parlour – you can use the white side of the building to enter (just to the left of this picture, with the entrance pictured being the right-hand entrance: https://www.warwicktowncouncil.gov.uk/wp-content/uploads/thecourthouse2.jpg), it’s labelled above with a sign as the Fusilier’s Museum and it’s a large black door. When you enter, you’ll be in a large red-tiled corridor with a TV screen on the back wall. The room is just behind the door to the left; but if you wait in the corridor, I’ll come and greet you. Payment is due on the day of the first appointment so no rush. Any issues or questions with any of the above, do get in touch. Please be aware we reserve the right to cancel appointments for which the invoice has not been paid.
