Our Mindful Self-Compassion Courses are offered as 4- and 6-week group programmes in Warwickshire. They include expert-led sessions by a doctoral-level clinical psychologist, combining mindfulness, emotion regulation strategies, and self-compassion training grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy).
Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes:

How much does group therapy cost?
Our group programmes cost between £50 per hour, compared to £120 for an hour with a clinical psychologist individually.
This means that a 4 week programme costs £300 for 6 hours’ content, and a 6 week programme costs £450 for 9 hours’ content.
Costs include:

a one to one 45 minute session with the facilitating clinical psychologist before you join the group to discuss your individual needs, goals and suitability for the group

worksheets and a workbook to supplement the course

a 30 minute feedback session at the end of the group to review your learning, progress and recommendations for next steps
