Meet Dr Alastair Pipkin

HCPC-Registered Clinical Psychologist for Private ADHD, Autism & Mental Health Assessments

As a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I’m passionate about delivering thorough, compassionate, and evidence-based care. Every private ADHD assessment, autism diagnosis, or mental health evaluation is conducted with empathy and precision to help individuals understand their experiences and access meaningful support.

I’ve led services in both the NHS and university sectors and developed academic programmes focused on high-quality care and psychological wellbeing. This experience gives me deep insight into clinical best practices as well as the real-world barriers people face when seeking help.

When we meet, we’ll explore your goals—whether you’re looking for clarity around symptoms, help with workplace adjustments, or a first step into therapy. Every evaluation is tailored to your individual needs and includes practical recommendations and a clear way forward.

I work with individuals across the lifespan and gender spectrum, supporting those with neurodivergent profiles such as ADHD, autism, and anxiety. I also offer gender dysphoria assessments and ongoing therapy for trans and LGBTQ+ clients, as well as therapy for men and group-based support for emotional wellbeing and resilience. Whether you're navigating school, work, or major life transitions, I aim to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Appointments are available in person at The Court House in Warwick, or online via Zoom for those seeking remote autism or ADHD assessments.
