Male Therapists
We have male therapists with expertise in working with men’s mental health. Sometimes there’s a preference to open up to a male therapist.
There can be a shared understanding of men’s issues and some of the challenges faced by masculine norms or expectations.
There can be shared knowledge of how we might have been raised to manage emotions in particular ways, such as through not talking about them or hiding them. At other times, you may not have a preference, or you may prefer to work with a female therapist, in which case we can still help.
Sessions cost £120 per hour.
