Consultation with a Clinical Psychologist

We will have an initial call to identify the needs of your organisation, and the aims, objectives and questions that need to be met by the survey.

Bespoke, validated
survey creation

Our psychological scientists will create a bespoke survey using a mixture of quantitative and qualitative surveys, and validated psychometric measures where needed.

Data Collection

Data will be collected from the target demographic within your work force. We will support with engagement efforts wherever helpful. Data are collected, stored and processed in line with our GDPR policy and confidentiality policy.

Data analysis and feedback

Data will be subjected to rigorous, gold standard quantitative and qualitative data analyses. You will receive a full report summarising the findings with key, actionable recommendations linked to the latest psychological theory and evidence. This will be fed back and discussed in a meeting with the lead Clinical Psychologist.

Some of our previous work

Dr Alastair Pipkin has conducted and published research using audit and evaluation strategies. He is trained to doctoral level in research and audit methodologies, spanning both quantitative and qualitative methods and using a range of psychometric measures. He has used these methods to identify, understand and address needs of employees and people using services, which have been published in academic journals.
